Michael Cunningham Michael Cunningham is the Executive Vice President and Chief Claims Officer at Zenith. He has national leadership responsibility for all aspects of Claims, Claims Legal, Special Investigations and Medical Management. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in 2014, Mike was Senior Vice President for Claims Legal at Zenith. Mike’s career prior to joining Zenith began as a litigation attorney for Arter & Hadden, a large national law firm. Mike then moved in-house and worked in positions of increasing responsibility with Nationwide and Infinity Insurance.
