Mattia M. Corsiglia Mattia M. Corsiglia is a Deputy District Attorney in the Insurance Fraud Unit of the Santa Clara County DA’s Office. He has been prosecuting white-collar cases for approximately seven years. DDA Corsiglia is also an adjunct professor at Santa Clara School of Law and has published multiple peer-review law review article including on attorney-client privilege. Prior to joining the SCCDAO, he was an associate at an international civil litigation firm for where he regularly handled complex attorney-client privilege issues for the firm. He recently successfully convicted 15 defendants in People v. Sutton et al. a $40 million insurance fraud prosecution where the defense brought but ultimately withdrew motions related to violations of the attorney-client privilege.
