Lance Peatman Lance Peatman is a trial lawyer representing insurance companies, third party administrators, and government entities primarily in workers’ compensation cases, including consolidated matters, in the state of California. He is a State Bar Certified Specialist in California Workers’ Compensation law, and a large part of his practice focuses on fraud investigation and fraud litigation. He has been appointed Liaison Counsel for all employers, carriers, and administrators in multiple statewide consolidations initiated by the California Department of Industrial Relations Anti-Fraud Unit.
