Eduardo Martinez Mr. Martinez has been an investigator in the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Department of Industrial Relations (the State Department that oversees the California Workers’ Compensation System, along with other divisions). A United States Army veteran with seven years of service, he spent thirteen years as a Deputy in the Bureau of Field Enforcement (DIR) and has been assigned for the past eight years in his current assignment. Mr. Martinez is a graduate of the California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Criminal Justice.
