Dr. Levin a physiatrist at Stanford University. He completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Michigan in 2007, and a pain medicine fellowship at the Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. He is triple board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. At Stanford, he is a member of both the departments of orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery. He serves as the director of the PM&R interventional spine fellowship and the interim director of the PM&R residency program. He has extensive experience as an expert in evaluating cases of fraud involving spine and musculoskeletal conditions and EMG.
