Susan Park Since the beginning of her career, Susan’s passion for prosecuting white collar fraud has been evident. Her interests led her to several specialty assignments throughout her career; among her accomplishments, she was the first Ventura County prosecutor in over 20 years to successfully prosecute a welfare fraud jury trial, even obtaining a prison sentence for the convicted defendant. Susan brings her passion for fraud prosecutions and experience of reviewing over 100 search warrants to the workers’ compensation arena. In her first eighteen months in the assignment, she filed 4 cases and seized and froze over a million dollars in defendants’ assets.
