Steven Beltz As the Director of Learning and Development, Steve oversees training programs aimed at internal staff, member organizations, and Law Enforcement. He specializes in delivering high-quality, hands-on training both on-site and via webinars. Steve brings a unique perspective, having previously served as a special agent with NICB where he honed his skills in data analysis for investigations across various types of fraud. With over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and support operations, Steve has tackled roles ranging from data analysis for the Department of State and Department of Defense to serving as Assistant Director of a federal Recovery Operation Center focusing on “big data” analysis for fraud investigations. His career also includes a long stint with the Washington State Patrol, specializing in major crime scene investigations and computer forensics. Steve’s extensive background makes him a seasoned guide for anyone looking to harness everyday tech tools in the field of criminal investigations.
