Ryan Malone Ryan Malone serves as Director of Claim Product Management at Travelers Investigative Services and is responsible for product line relations, operations, learning and development, proactive services, technology, and innovation strategies. Ryan was involved in the development and implementation of the digital forensic evidence and collision data retrieval programs at Travelers.
Ryan started his insurance career as a liability claims adjuster with Travelers in 2002, quickly aligning with the Special Investigations Unit field team and gaining increasing levels of responsibility through more than twenty years of service. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BS degree in Criminal Justice gaining practical knowledge along the way by serving as a licensed emergency medical technician and volunteer firefighter within his community.
