Raymund Diaz is a Deputy District Attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. He is currently assigned to the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Fraud Unit, where he is a member of the Public Works Team. He primarily focuses on cases involving Prevailing Wage violations, Wage Theft, and Workers’ Compensation Insurance Premium Fraud. Raymund has prosecuted a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases, involving theft, robbery, gang crimes, violence, and fraud. Raymund earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. This area of the law is important to Raymund as he knows the hard work that construction workers put in to support their families and to get the job done. To see an employer, motivated by greed, take advantage of the workers, deny them wages and benefits they have earned, and cause harm to the workers, their families, their futures, and other law-abiding employers is an injustice that must be stopped.
