Noelani Mars Noelani is the Major Case Investigator for Employers Insurance Company, and also manages a nationwide team of SIU investigators. Noelani started her career as a helicopter pilot and flight instructor, and later began work as an Aviation Accident Investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Since then, she has over 25 years of diverse experience in insurance fraud and investigations with increasing leadership and management responsibilities. Investigative experience includes insurance fraud, financial crimes, real estate fraud, complex accident investigations, political corruption, and organized fraud rings. Noelani’s main investigative focus is on the cross-over of financial crimes and transactions in the insurance fraud environment.
Specialized training includes Big Data Analytics and Algorithms, arson investigations, and financial crimes transactions prior to joining the EMPLOYERS SIU Department as an SIU Investigator.
