Nicole Sullivan Nicole Sullivan has worked in the Special Investigations Units and the Workers’ Compensation Defense arena since 2004. She began her career working for a Private Investigation company focusing on assisting self-insured entities fight fraud and abuse. After 8 years, she moved to an insurance company and focused on investigating applicant, premium, and provider fraud. During that time, she presented numerous successful cases involving large medical provider fraud rings to District Attorney offices and was involved in large civil litigations, global settlements, and criminal trials. After nearly 10 years, she moved to law enforcement where she presently works for the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office in their Insurance Fraud Division.
