Matthew Miller Matthew Miller is the senior representative for Labor Compliance with the Nor Cal Carpenters Union (NCCU), where he has served for 10 years. He also serves on the board for the Construction Industry Force Account Council (CIFAC). Prior to working for the NCCU he worked as a labor compliance investigator for the Center for Contract Compliance (CCC). He has strived to work with numerous agencies in order to combat wage theft and fraud in the construction industry. He received his B.A. in Labor and Employment Studies from San Francisco State University.
