Kevin Rawlins, Director of Customer Engagement. Kevin is the customer experience practice leader for ISO ClaimSearch, responsible for listening to the ISO community and driving a user-centric design thinking into ClaimSearch’s DNA. His team works closely with the user community to understand their needs and improve the claim handling process. Outside of work Kevin enjoys playing golf, competing in triathlons and spending time on the beach with his family. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
