Janine Phair Janine Phair (Farrell) has been an SIU Consultant with CNA since 2019. As an SIU Consultant she focus as complex multi-claim investigation into medical provider, medical ancillary services for workers compensation, general liability and auto insurance. She has been in the insurance industry for 18 years and 16 years with the Anti-Fraud industry. Her prior roles have included Medical fraud investigator, Field Investigator, And Senior Special Investigator. Mrs. Phair holds a Bachelors of Arts in History from Montana State University, a certificate in Business Intelligence Analysis from UCSD, and a Fraud Claim Legal Associate from American Educational Associate. She is active member of the Anti-Fraud Alliance and IASIU.
