Gordon Oard Gordon Oard retired after a career in California law enforcement and since 1988 has worked in the SIU field obtaining positions from Investigator to Program Director. Over the many years, Gordon has developed an investigative expertise related to bodily injury and healthcare claims. Gordon has been directly involved in 100’s of large, major case investigations as well as supported both civil and criminal actions in State and Federal Courts. Gordon is certified as a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, a member of the Anti-Fraud Alliance, the International Association of Special Investigation Units and is a licensed Private Investigator.
