Dustin Kato Dustin is a Senior Investigator with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, Bureau of Investigation. Dustin has been assigned to the Special Prosecution, Workers’ Compensation Fraud Unit for the last 4 years and primarily focuses on Provider Fraud investigations. Dustin started his law enforcement career 21 years ago and has worked for the Los Angeles Police Department and Chino Police Department prior to joining the DA’s office. Dustin has also achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
