Donde A. McCament, esq. Donde McCament graduated law school in 1998 and began working for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office the day after passing the California State bar. Ms. McCament worked in assignments including complex felony prosecution, sexual assault and public works fraud. During her tenure in the Sexual Assault Unit she was awarded the RAISE foundation for the prevention of child abuse and was featured in OC Parenting magazine as one of the years hero’s for her prosecution of child molestation. In 2012, Ms. McCament was tasked with beginning the first Public Works prosecution division in the state of California. After four years the public works division of the Insurance Fraud Unit she was awarded Prosecutor of the Year by the Southern California Fraud Investigator’s Association. She retired from the Insurance Fraud unit as a Senior Deputy District Attorney. In March 2021 Ms. McCament opened a consulting practice to assist entities in identifying and building cases for agency referral.
