Blaine Hopp Deputy District Attorney Hopp is a 23 year veteran prosecutor, who has tried over 100 criminal jury trials in his career. Since July of 2018 DDA Hopp has specialized in the Insurance Fraud unit of the Riverside District Attorney’s office. Currently, DDA Hopp exclusively prosecutes Workers’ Compensation Fraud, Major Fraud, and Disability & Healthcare Fraud. In his time in the Insurance Fraud Division, he has worked with SUI’s, employers, employees, and law enforcement agencies and fellow justice partners to ensure successful prosecutions resulting in significant restitution awards by the courts.
