Adam Kirk Senior Investigator with the Riverside County District attorneys office. Adam has been a sworn law enforcement officer for 18 years. He has spent the last 14 years as an Investigator, specializing in Welfare Fraud, Unemployment Fraud, Real Estate Fraud, and his current assignment at the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office – Workers’ Compensation Fraud unit. His investigations have produced over 300 felony criminal filings in Riverside County. Adam was recognized as the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office Investigator of the Year in 2022 based on investigations conducted within the Work Comp Fraud unit.
