Tim Stuckey is the Manager of Claims at ICW Group, where he leads multiple examiner teams and oversees training and development for new and tenured workers’ compensation examiners. Throughout his career, Tim has focused on elevating claims quality, strengthening investigative decision‑making, and improving collaboration between Claims and SIU to reduce fraud exposure.
At ICW Group, Tim designs and delivers technical training through the Claims Academy, including curriculum on workers’ compensation fundamentals, medical management, regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and examiner development. He partners closely with supervisors, SIU leadership, and cross‑functional teams to enhance consistency, data integrity, and investigative readiness across jurisdictions.
Tim has contributed to numerous organizational initiatives supporting examiner coaching, reserve accuracy, claims‑lifecycle execution, and fraud‑awareness education. His training approach emphasizes practical application, helping examiners and investigators develop the judgment and structure needed to identify red flags early, document effectively, and safeguard claim outcomes.
Tim is based in Montana and collaborates with teams across the country. This is his first year presenting at the Annual Anti‑Fraud Conference. When not working, he enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking in the warmer months, and skiing throughout the winter.
