Sumair's legal practice primarily includes the defense of lawsuits in the areas of personal injury, construction defects, and commercial/premises liability. He has assisted major insurance companies with SIU first party claim investigations for over 20 years. Sumair has taken numerous examinations under oath in both auto and homeowners claims and drafted associated SIU coverage opinions. In the area of first party claims, Sumair has vigorously defended arbitration actions from the onset through verdict. Sumair has also litigated actions from onset up to and through trial in a variety of matters including auto PI claims, construction defects, products liability and premise claims. Sumair is a member of the State Bars of California, Minnesota, and Washington.
