Nick Castellon has over five years of experience as a Certified Fire Investigator with Fire Cause Analysis,
conducting fire and explosion origin and cause investigations; including: residential, commercial,
industrial, and vehicles. He has one year of experience as a Research Analyst with Fire Cause Analysis
assisting fire investigators on scene and in the Santa Clara facility. He has over 150 hours of training
focused on fire investigation. He has assisted on several large losses including: Lahaina (Hawaii) Fires
(2023) and Los Angeles Fires (2025).
Mr. Castellon holds memberships with the National Association of Fire Investigators, where he holds the
Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) certification and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI),
as well as a membership with the California Conference of Arson Investigators.
