Jessica Rust is a Director of Intelligence and Analytics at the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) in Chicago, IL. In her role, she leads analytical and business intelligence teams focused on vehicle theft and fraud analytics, tactical investigation analytics, and data management. With over 20 years at NICB, Jessica has honed her expertise in data analytics and vehicle theft, initially starting as an analyst before progressing to a supervisory role. Her contributions have been instrumental in NICB’s efforts to proactively identify stolen vehicles and dismantle organized theft rings. Jessica is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
