Matthew Miller is the senior field representative for Labor Compliance with the North Coast States Carpenters Union (NCSCU), where he has served for 13 years. He also serves as the Executive Director for the Workforce Defense League (WDL), a nonprofit Labor Management Cooperation Committee which assists workers when they are victims of wage theft or workers’ compensation premium fraud. He has strived to work with numerous agencies in order to combat wage theft and fraud in the construction industry. He received his B.A. in Labor and Employment Studies from San Francisco State University.
