Tim has more than 40 years of experience as a Police officer, Claims Adjuster, Insurance Investigator, Private Investigator and SIU Vice President of the Special Investigation Dept.. After his retirement from the California Highway Patrol, Tim has handled multi-line investigations for Carriers and self-insured entities. Tim has worked with the California Department of Insurance developing training material as well as with several local District Attorney offices. Tim has been a guest speaker on insurance fraud topics for the Department of Insurance, the Employer’s Fraud Task Force, local District Attorney offices and for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Tim is currently the Vice President of the Special Investigation Unit for Zenith insurance and Tim was appointed by Governor Newsom to serve on the Fraud Assessment Commission.
Tim has a degree in Criminal Justice and is a Licensed Private Investigator in multiple states
