Investigative experience and expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance fraud, property fraud, medical provider fraud, attorney fraud, political corruption, organized fraud rings, and financial crims, including bank fraud and money laundering. Noelani started her career as a helicopter and airplane pilot, and later worked for the National Transportation Safety Board as an aviation accident investigator. She later transitioned to working for both private investigation firms and insurance carriers, where she continues to investigate complex fraud schemes.
