
Kathryn Mollon-Brown serves as the Regional Director of Investigative Services for Northern California and Nevada. She brings nearly two decades of combined investigative and insurance expertise to the field of automotive fraud detection. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, she began her insurance career as an Auto Damage Appraiser serving the Sacramento and Tahoe regions for two and a half years before transitioning to the Special Investigations Unit as a Field Investigator. Over the past eight years in management, she has dedicated herself to training and developing both field and desk investigators, helping to refine their investigative skills and techniques. Throughout her 12-year insurance career, she has collaborated extensively with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair on body shop fraud cases, as well as with the California Department of Insurance, local law enforcement agencies, and the FBI. Her investigative work has been instrumental in uncovering major multi-state fraud operations, establishing her as a recognized expert in automotive fraud investigation.
