Bill Randall Bill Randall is a Vice President with K2 Insurance Services, a national Managed General Insurance Agency.
In his more than 20 years in the industry, Bill has built and managed SIU programs for claims agencies, self-insured firms and for insurance carriers. His team wrote the manual on the investigation of suspicious claims at Liberty Mutual. As a Vice President at VRC Investigations, Bill managed the field investigation staff and contract SIU services, where he started and ran successful siu programs for Fred Loya, Texas Windstorm, and for Southwest Airlines. Bill helped build one of the industry’s most effective provider fraud investigation programs and has personally packaged more than 100 successful criminal insurance fraud cases.
Bill started as an entry level Claims Adjuster, handling multi-line claims, working through positions including Investigator, Claims Manager and Vice President of Claims. He has developed field claims adjusting, investigation and property damage appraisal programs, including numerous CAT assignments. Bill is a frequent guest speaker on claims adjusting and anti-fraud efforts and has testified in front of the CA State Senate on SIU legislation.
Bill is a Past President of the El Dorado County (CA) Chamber of Commerce. Bill earned his Business Degree from San Jose State University and his MBA from Amberton University. Bill has volunteered his time with the Sacramento Police Dept. and with the Denton County (TX) Sheriff’s Department. Married to a Nurse, Bill is the proud father of a Marine and a Nurse Practitioner.
